This cross is inspired by Shakespeare's tragic lovers, Romeo and Juliet. The design is an intricate pattern akin to designs of the 16th century and features a ruby CZ or a garnet in the center.
   On the 18th of September each year the Club de Giulletta invites lovers from around the world to celebrate the birthday of Juliet in the medieval Cortile Mercato Vecchio, the historic center of Verona. Costumed characters stroll the streets and artistic handicrafts are for sale. The highlight of the festival is a treasure hunt, the "Caccia al Nido d'Amore", The Lovers Nest.
