Each cross is hand made. It is the nature of hand made items to have slight imperfections.

These are inherent to the process. We will replace a truly flawed item.

Returns must be made with in 10 days of purchase and can only be accepted once the return is approved by email.

Items returned are not subject to refund. A replacement will be sent to you.

Shipping is free for all domestic purchases within the contiguous United States.

All packages will be shipped USPS - First Class Mail, uninsured.

You can purchase additional insurance coverage for your shipment by choosing that option at check out.

(Priority Mail® Insurance (for merchandise) is provided automatically up to $100.)

Priority Mail Express® and Priority Mail® can be purchased at check by choosing these options.
